What is the typical production and delivery timeline for large, customized orders?

If you give us your 'need by' date, we'll make it work.
What are your warranty policies for customized leather goods?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our handcrafted leather goods.

How should we proceed if we have additional questions or need assistance with the ordering process?

What are the minimum order quantities for wholesale, co-branding, or private label orders?

The minimum amount for wholesale, co-branding, or private label orders are all $1,500.

Is your mobile workbench cart just for business events?

Not at all! Our event activation is great for business or personal events. From a Panthers Game to a Wedding Day or Corporate Party, we can do it all.
WHAT AMOUNT OF SPACE DO YOU NEED FOR YOUR MOBILE WORKBENCH?
Our mobile workbench is 3'x5', so we need only a small amount of space.
All I need is 1,500 Key Fobs with my company's logo on them. Is that something you can do?

Yes! We can certainly do this. Send your artwork to info@colsenkeane.com and we'll get to work on bringing this project to life.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We will travel anywhere in the continental United States.
How long does it take for you to get set up?
It takes us about 20 minutes to get set up once we are present in the venue.
Do you need any power?
We need access to one outlet and we bring our own extension cord if needed.
How many ColsenKeane representatives will be onsite for my event?
We will provide 1 to 3 ColsenKeane representatives to be onsite for your event based on the product volume ordered and the duration of the event itself.
When the event is over, who keeps the extra leather goods?
You do! The items are purchased up front and are your company's to keep for future use.
Can you explain the monogramming kit?
Our monogramming kit can be rented or purchased and shipped anywhere in the continental United States. We have a video available to show you how to use the kit. We provide leather scraps to practice with. The monogramming kit is best used with one of your staff members using it to monogram your guests products to minimize product waste in case of monogramming errors.
