We Made Our Own Journals. Here's Why.

For a while now, we have been pairing our handcrafted leather notebooks with Moleskine & Field notes inserts. It made sense at the time. Field Notes & Moleskine has a reputation, and when you are building a product meant to last years, you want the pages inside to feel worthy of the cover.

But here is the thing: we are ColsenKeane. We make things ourselves. And it started to feel a little off to hand you a leather notebook we poured ourselves into, only to tuck someone else's journal inside.

So we fixed that.

Introducing ColsenKeane Journal Inserts

We are now offering our own ColsenKeane branded journal inserts, designed to fit seamlessly into our leather notebooks. Kraft paper cover, our name on it, and sized to drop right in. Whether you are stocking up on inserts for a notebook you already own or picking up both together, everything now exists under one roof.

We are offering three sizes to fit our full notebook lineup.

Large — 7.5 x 9.75 inches, 100 pages For the ones who write a lot. Meeting notes, project planning, full-page sketches. Room to spread out.

Medium — 5 x 8.25 inches, 80 pages The everyday carry. Fits in a bag without bulk, holds more than you think.

Small — 3.5 x 5.5 inches, 64 pages Pocket-ready. For quick captures, lists, and the ideas that hit you when you are nowhere near a desk. Field Notes sized, ColsenKeane branded! 

Lined or Blank. You Pick.

We know our people are not all the same. Some of you are note-takers. You want structure, clean lines to write against, something that makes a page of handwriting look organized and intentional.

Some of you are doodlers. Sketchers. You think better with a pen moving across unmarked space and you do not want a grid or a line telling you where to stop.

We get it. That is why every size comes in both lined and blank, so you can choose the format that works how your brain works.
