We're thrilled to introduce something a little different to the ColsenKeane studio: a curated collection of vintage buckles, hand-selected and ready to be paired with one of our full-grain leather straps. These aren't mass-produced accessories sourced from a catalog. Each buckle has its own story. The buckle featured on the cover is "Papa's Buckle".
Some were family heirlooms, passed down through generations before finding their way to us for a second life. Others carry inscriptions on the back, small pieces of history etched in silver, brass, or stone. The weight of something made to last. That's the kind of thing you can't replicate at a big box store, and honestly, you shouldn't try.
Here's how it works: stop by the studio, pick a strap, and pick a buckle. Our leathersmiths will do the rest. If you've got a buckle of your own that's been sitting in a drawer waiting for the right belt, bring it in. We'll build around it.
The studio is open Monday through Saturday, and we'd love to show you what we've got. These buckles won't stick around forever.
